I was wondering if you could add Tapatalk to your forums. It's free for you, and it makes forum life so simple.
We use it on our forums and it works great with phpBB.

I just implemented this on our forums. It literally took a few minutes to register the website, put one php file on the server and now it works with tapatalk. And for a way to quickly check forums from a smart phone - this is great. The app makes looking at forums on the go as easy as checking email or twitter.

I would also encourage you to find some time to start using this.

Of the 5 forums that I regularly visit, this is the last one not to have tapatalk. I know its not high on your priority list but it is literally a 15 minute job to set up (at least it was for our forum).

If you have a smart phone, it makes checking the forums on the go easy and quick. I would encourage you to find a small amount of time to implement it.

I decided to set this up on another forum and you are right it is a very easy install, only after installing it, did I figure out the app was not free :/

Do you know if they have a free version or is it paid only?
@Kraze^NFo> Juski has a very valid point
@Juski> Got my new signature, thanks!
@Kraze^NFo> Out of context!
@Juski> Doesn't matter!
@Juski> You said I had a valid point! You can't take it back now! It's out there!

I wouldn't mind seeing taatalk on message boards if they didn't force users to Advertise the app every time they make a post. "posted using my blah phone using tapatalk.

I agree as well it is a nice app for smart phone users. And I was even willing to purchase it. And you can remove the sig or customize it as well. But just my personal opinion as i am not much of a forum person. :D

I think its only a paid app. But there is value in it - it is well designed, well supported, and they release new versions regularly. You may note that it is one of the top 10 apps for the iPhone.

That's easily removed. Go to setting and turn signature off.

Constant updates can be a bad thing too, since server side updates can be a pain in both time to complete and in related dontime.

All of the updates have been on the smart phone side. So far, I have not had to update the server side.

Ah, that isn't so bad then. I also like how you quoting me now makes it painfully obvious to me that I made a typo. 8O
