Nothing out of game at the moment but many people are using this addon which will mod the MW3 server;

Then using this plugin;

Someone is working on an out of game rcon tool but there is no working release yet.

Does any one have any info on any rcon tools that are currently working?

TeknoGods = dead
ItsMods = dead
PAronicon = DoA (not even started)

I would love to get an addon like the one Nukem developed at ItsMods. Worked fantastic. I have Googled for hours, and there is nothing viable any where that I can find. It is very frustrating.

Neither do I...

Which is why I would suggest a lot of people start learning to run there servers without them as I have a feeling nothing is going to replace what he was doing.
