Trying to rent game server...Paypal problem?

Hey guys,

Yesterday I signed up to rent a game server (ArmaII OA). I'm going monthly. I was able to sign up with your site, choose my server and plan. The only problem might be is paypal. I setup a paypal agreement which is ok on the paypal side, however, in the control panel, it doesn't seem to show up under the subscription option. So, I canceled the agreement I created in Paypal, went back to the Control Panel (Your website), and tried it again. I setup the subscription source through your Control Panel, but still nothing.

Again, it setup as intended in Paypal, but still does not show in the control panel, so everytime I click "Start Now", it keeps saying I need a "source".

This was all yesterday, so should I wait longer. I'm sure you guys are busy, not trying to rush, just not sure if it's me or your site.

Uh oh, I just noticed there is a "Help" button in the control panel, should I have gone that direction? Did I break the rules already? LOL

After you finish the Paypal step, its window will close. The control panel page will update with a big red warning that you need to submit the new sources in order to cement the change you just made. At that point, you must use the Submit button on the "Sources" section, or your billing agreement will not be recorded.

That's what I've been trying.

I go into control panel, click "Add Source". I choose "Paypal" and fill in the information. It then takes me to Paypal where I finish the agreement, after that, when I get back to control panel, it shows nothing in Source, so everytime I click Start Now, it keeps asking me to add a source.

For some reason, it's just not showing up in control panel so I can't add the source. I'll try again though.

Ok, it worked now. After doing it this time, it actually went back to the control panel as intended, as before it was just stopping after the paypal thing.

Glad to see you are all set if you have any further problems feel free to open a support request from the "Help!" button on the bottom left side of your control panel.
