Wamp Server
Hi guys, I have a VDS. I don't know why but my Wamp Server isn't running. Anyone know what's the problem?
Re: Wamp Server
We'll need a few more details on the situation. Are you seeing any error messages, or errors in any logs? What steps have you gone through already?

Need help urgently. Anyone please help.
Re: Wamp Server
Please don't post such huge screenshots.
What did the events log tell you?
Normally an error like that would mean that you need to install/reinstall .NET.

Re: Wamp Server
Like John said, you probably need to intall .NET Framework 4 to use it properly.
Re: Wamp Server
I reinstalled everything but it still doesn't work.
Re: Wamp Server
Did you specifically reinstall .NET Framework? It may not be part of the WAMP install.

Re: Wamp Server
Yes, I did reinstall .Net 4.0 twice.
Re: Wamp Server
What does the Windows event log say in reference to this? The error suggests checking it, and that may be a good idea.
You might also try a different Apache + MySQL + PHP package. I don't believe that these three packages require .NET or anything special themselves.

I just did a few google searches.. It sounds like you may need to consider installing http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download ... x?id=15336
p.s. I would listen to Timex's advice, and provide more info (Im just hopin to give the quick fix, which isnt always the best)
ex. right click computer, and select manage, click event viewer(custom views, Administrative events) or (Windows Logs, application) to identify exact error Then left click error, and select details (copy and paste pertinent info)
