Mount ISO on VDS

Can we use your control panel to mount any ISO to install an OS from scratch or are we restricted to mounting/installs the ISOs you provide?

The ISOs have to be stored on the machine hosting the VDS, so they have to be chosen from the list, generally. I've heard of workarounds for installing specific OSes via Linux boot disks and specially-created partitions, but haven't experimented with these myself.
