Account Not Working

alright im getting pretty pissed off your guys site isnt working worth shit.. it says my login information for my control panel is incorrect then i try resetting my password and you cant even access that through the email either WTF is wrong with your site

when i try and reset my password through email it just takes me back to the login screen and i dont even get to enter a new password for the reset.. pretty annoying and a piss off if u ask me im wasting my money

I haven't heard of any other reports about this, and all seems to be working. Are you sure that you have cookies enabled? Also, have you tried another browser to rule that out as a problem.

ya tried both of these.. still dont know why im having this problem is there a phone number i can call or vent server where i can talk to tech support and just have my shit reset like this is retarded..

Did you see the same exact error/response in both browsers? Could you paste the message you are seeing?
