I have tried several times to reset the password. All failed that I have not received any emails.
I canceled a VPS like two months ago. But I've been still chanced. Please help. I wanna cancel the VPS I no longer use.

The system is definitely sending out emails, but it's possible that your email provider is having problems. Using the form at http://www.nfoservers.com/control/lostemail.pl, you can set your account to use a different email address (make sure to use a different email provider); then, you can set a new password from https://www.nfoservers.com/control/lostpassword.pl.
