Arma 2 CO
Hi, my friend is trying to setup a dedicated server and i am helping him do it but we are trying to run combined ops on his VDS (we have CO on steam) but every time we get the server up and try to connect it kicks us saying our OA stuff isnt supported and in the expansions it only shows the arma2;expansion;ca. It doesn't show any OA stuff or pmc or baf. ANY help would be much appreciated.
Re: Arma 2 CO
Is this a managed server or an unmanaged server? How you need to handle it differs between the two.

Re: Arma 2 CO
A bit more info would be nice and helping here. What mission are you loading, trying to join?
From what you describe, it seems that on the clients (your computers) some content is missing, for example what I very often notice when clients try to connect to our server and fail: The mission is requiring BOTH ArmA2 and ArmA2:OA content (that means, that ArmA2 is running as CO), and a client does not have one of the contents that the mission is looking for and gets kicked for missing content.
This usually results from ArmA2 and ArmA2:OA NOT installed in the same folder structure. So, check on your computers if you have ArmA2 and ArmA2:OA installed in the same folder. This of course, applies to the server also.
