Server~no internet

I have been unable to connect to the internet through my vps, let alone host anything.

It has been happening for around 7, 8 days and I have sent out 2 tickets. The first, Didn't really give me any help, but the second in which I sent out today sent me here as they were unable to help.


I have tried restarting the server and Adapters.

Do you have your adapters configured to the IP listed in the IP addresses tab of your control panel?

Let me add it has been working for 2 months before this incident

Have you made any recent changes to your server? Such as a location move or adding/removing IP's?

Check the events log in your control panel and see if there is a notice about you needing to add new IP's to your network adapter.

If not, make sure you don't have your firewall enabled or any realtime anti-virus which could be blocking it.

Edit: I found your request in the system, you just don't have any IP's assigned to your network adapter. Check the IP's tab in your control panel and use this guide to add them back:
