We are not receiving any emails from NFO @'mydomain'.com. I have successfully updated our MX records (yesterday.) I have made an attempt at changing my password, and the email is un-received. I have another member that tried to reset his NFO account password, and hasn't received the email in 2 days. We're getting emails from other sources and there isn't anything in the spam folders.
Any ideas?

We're not experiencing overall problems with our mail server. I would need to look at your individual configuration more closely and check the logs in order to see why a specific email might be returning an error; please open a support request.
