i need help

hey, i just purchased a priv server from you guys and this is the first server i have ever owned. im a complete and utter narb and would greatly appreciate it if someone could contact me on aim and help me out with all my random questions. like why is it that even though i put in the rcon password in game i cant execute anything. so please if you have a few minutes to spare and are generous please hit me up on aim.
