Can we talk in private somewhere? Here or at PBBans?
I can answer some questions about the above.

Please open a support request and ask that it be assigned to me -- we can converse further there.

I also added another PB server IP to our whitelist today, but that shouldn't affect pbbans. Pbbans may have some more IPs that need whitelisting, if they have changed what they use.

Is there anyway to add mutliple users to the same ticket? Buff and myself are over the same server.

No, it will need to have a single POC per support request.

I know that PB itself is working properly at this time (catching detected cheaters when they connect).

It works when kicking players already banned... however we haven't added a single player to pbbans MBI since February, almost 3 months. You can't tell me there hasn't been a single hacker in the server... there's a disconnect somewhere. I highly suggest you all work with EB to try to find a fix to this. I could see a lot of customers getting upset over this.

jaythegreat1, since the change I mentioned earlier in this thread, many customer servers have definitely been adding bans to pbbans.

We got a PBSS ban yesterday, but I've been told that doesn't necessarily mean the problem is fixed.
