Managed server

Hi, I've been looking into your managed server, I've also took the time to read the faqs about this, few questions came up about it.

What levels of support are there?
Does "managed" mean only the system (OS etc) are managed, game side do you keep it up to date, do you help with plugins and addons or is this like the unmanaged option on a best effort?

What do you do exactly, do you just upload an already pre configured OS which is already secure and optimized?

Can I host voice as well as simple web hosting or is this just limited to games?

A managed system is just like a normal game server from us. You receive the same type of treatment and support as a normal customer, but VDS's and machines allow you more control over your server and dedicated resources.

We can't usually help diagnose or install third party plugins via the "help" tab in your control panel. We recommend all users post a topic on our forums asking for help, if they need to for third party content.

In short, yes. The OS has been pre-setup and tweaked for good performance and security.

Can I host voice as well as simple web hosting or is this just limited to games?

We currently do not support VOIP servers or websites on managed machines.

We do not technically support plugins directly. We don't restrict what plugins you can install and offer an autoinstallers tab in our control panel that you can use to install some plugins. We can also help with more general information, such as how to use the FTP and control panel and where plugins go in the FTP.

Im on a managed with nfo,support is amazing,installing games is easy,tbey have there own control panel which gives u plugins to autoinstall,for ex : counterstrike tf2 etc,u will allow autoinstall of sourcemod gungame etc.

I would defo recommend NFO with top quality support.
