Have you tried purchasing with a credit card?

All our payments must be made through paypal and unfortunately it does not allow e-checks through non-US banks =\

that not good :S cos my mom dont let me buy with card lol she dont trust that kind of stuff because in the news it said some ppl have stolen lots of money by getting credit card numbers

well... I use my credit-card.. I gave that to paypal.. its my bank account number I'm worried about.

Credit cards are safer than checks because you usually have 0% liability for unauthorized purchases.
