Hey guys, just joined the NFOServers community, thought I would hit up the forums and ask a couple of questions as I get them. Anyways, I was wondering if there were by chance any incentives for switching over from a different company to this one, like moving my minecraft server from my current hosting company to NFO or anything like that on here.

We do occasionally have provider switch incentives but we do not currently have one running. We get coupons and deals on our Facebook page from time to time as well.

NFO has some of the best servers I've ever seen.
A great support staff, that usually replies within minutes.
Low-latency servers.
Fast DDoS response (They even try to keep you informed on the situation via Events Log page).
John's a stand-up guy most of the time, just dull if you bring him to a party. (Last time, he stood there talking to a plant.)
Siren has broken my heart more than once.
Kraze is quite loyal though.

Your main incentive for relocating here is that things suck vastly less here than anywhere else.

And when there are problems, like ddos for example, instead of denying there is a problem, or blaming the customer, which is standard procedure at most companies, they actually make an extra effort to fix the problem.

Oh, and the servers are awesome too.
