ok so i know this is because my website insn't installed yet but when i type in http://www.{insertwebsitehere].com/install/ it gives me the exact same error. any ideas on how to fix this?

Have you tried specifying exactly what you want to access? Try adding index.php to the website address.
Is this on shared webhosting here, or a VDS?

this is on shared web hosting here, and i tried putting index.php, and same error pops up.
I also thought it could possibly be the was i transfered myBB (corrupt file or something), so i deleted and reuploaded it and still same error. I had my buddy do it for me when i first got it and he did it flawelessly (then i had another issue that i had to wipe my website and reinstall and then this started) but idk how he did it.
