NFO now offers its spectrum of services in Frankfurt, Germany! This includes our game servers, voice servers, VDSes, and E3-1270v3 dedicated machines. We've had to price these slightly higher than services in the US, due to a higher cost of doing business in Germany, but we've done our best to keep them as low as we can.
We have also switched to around-the-clock support, so customers can now get answers from us in minutes regardless of the time of day.
(We actually switched to 24/7 support and began offering services in Frankfurt on September 1, but we've had limited availability there, so we held off on an official announcement.)

Re: Frankfurt location open, and new 24/7 support
Our game server support in Frankfurt includes ranked services such as BF3 and MoHW. Our contracts with EA have allowed us to offer servers at this location since the beginning, as we have long-considered this expansion.

Expanding in the future is something that we may do. However, we're are still bringing Frankfurt fully up to speed and want to see how a foreign location pans out.maverick03191989 wrote:how about south america?

If I had to take a shot in the dark our next location would probably be England, but that's just a guess.

Brazil is a very expensive location from what I have seen from other brazillian hosts. Bandwidth there is costly.maverick03191989 wrote:how about south america?

The beauty of having a server in any part of europe is that all of the EU countries will connect to it.
You run zombie mod for css? They would love that, especially the server you have, not many successful zombie mod servers out there lately compared to how popular your server is.
