Question: Map Lag (Parcel Storm)

We have our server up and running but have found that we seem to experience an intense amount of lag when we have this map in our rotation. The rest of the maps appear to run fairly smoothly, but this one in particular seems to exceed the capabilities of our server.

What information do you need to know to be able to help trouble shoot this?

I have seen my groups server have lag with this map as well as Hainan Resort. Pings were relatively low but many players were complaining about lag and rubber banding.

Have now had to restart the server twice last night and now twice tonight.

Not really sure where the problems are coming from, but usually the sound starts going out before it gets worse.

We're also having severe lag/rubberbanding issues with this map on a server provided by another GSP. We've taken both Paracel Storm and Lancang Dam out of the rotation until DICE resolves the problems.

Played it last night on FrozenTundra's server and only had issue for the first 5 minutes of the round where we could only hear gun fire, and all other sound was gone. Afterwards, it all came back. Didn't have any lag though.

Many players experienced an extreme amount of lag/rubberbanding on Lancang Dam so we took that one out of the rotation.
