It's 8:42am CET and we have not been told anything about a new patch. That message appears to be in error.

Not the same message I saw. Anyway, something did appear to happen. I think the backend went down around that time shown in the above image and everyone got disconnected from whatever server they were in. Definitely not a server update, though...

Funny how they say they will roll out new game servers and mot a patch.
Is it a complete rework of the file system? Not likely.
Little here, little there. One fix to break 2 other things.

Sounds a lot like the America's Army 3 dev team. lol
They were worried more about cloud texture in the beta than how the game ran.

DICE has just released patch R5 for Battlefield 4 Ranked Servers.
We have started a massive roll-out to all servers, as we speak.

*Fixed join-server queues

Crash fixes are scheduled in R6, currently undergoing testing

Cain, I take it that these guys are also the ones you were quoting before.

They are releasing some information that RSPs are not allowed to release, and some that that doesn't apply to us, so please be careful about posting it here.
