Ok so does any one have any tips on using procon I can not get it to do anything and right now all I really want to do is use the spambot because I like the message placement better. For now I don't want to ask too much with all the bugs and crashes.
Depends. Some things work some don't. Plugin wise, I am currently running insane limits, Battlelog cache, BF3 chat,GUID,Stats and Map Logger, Server kills, and metabans. What plugins do you want to run? Most ProCon users are waiting for updates.
As mentioned, some plugins might work, some work but need updating or tweaking, and others require complete rebuilds because they currently won't work with bf4.
With EA/Dice releasing a totally fragmented game, turning things on or off so much, it's hard for them to update a plugin if things aren't working or work half assed.
It was the same as BF3. They had a open Beta, which was really an Alpha test, and sold the Beta version to everyone. Then took the next year to fix the game. Guess with all the money they made on the sale, they could afford to hire developers with a little more knowledge then the high school drop outs they seem to employ now.

They don't offer it themselves, but they won't specifically link to a competitor, one member here has a VPS he houses people's Procon Layer's for them at a fee, but there's of course the option to go through numerous providers, I won't list or link them though, just shop around.
John gave me permission to offer anyone Procon hosting if they were looking when BF3 was released, and I have continued offering it since.
You can pm me on my clan site www.aaquacks.com/forum if your interested.
We offer hosting for $2.50/server/month.
And there are several other hosts that also offer it.
You can compare the prices here: http://www.gspreviews.com/gsp-rcon-prices.html
It's mostly up to date. I try to review 2-3 GSP's prices every weekend and update the pages.
