Automatic Server Messages not from Admin

Every time our server posts one of our automatic server messages, it shows that the "say" came from some random person on our server other than the actual admins. How can we fix this?

Procon has the same issue.
Kill streak messages come up with the name of another plugin making the comment.
LOL - Confused the hell out of me wondering why a plugin with no possible way to make comments was doing so.
