I don't think anyone really knows, and the people that know, probably won't be able to release any info unless EA/Dice instructs them to be able to.

I haven't seen any information on this, but IcEWoLF is right, if we aren't allowed to say anything, then we won't then, either. That said, we don't often know about it until just before you do, when we're about to roll it out, so we're not holding out on you.
