Allow unlocks?

Server is set to Ranked, but for some reason the Allow unlock option in the console is unchecked. We've not been able to change this since we're in Ranked mode that option is unavailable to us.

You're supposed to have Based on stats set, not all unlocks (that's for unranked)

You can only give players all unlocks on an unranked server. This is meant for competitive play, in order to level the field.

The simple console option just showed the allow unlocks option as a binary check box and it was uneditable.

Reloaded the config that did have it set based on stats and it worked, but this wasn't done by any of us yesterday.
