i downloaded roll the dice to my machine tranfered it to ftp server put it in addons amx plugins.ini and still dosent do anything what have i done wrong

you uploaded rolldice.sma

upload rolldice.amx to the plugins folder and have rolldice.amx in the amx/plugins.ini

took out roll the dice.sma putin rollthe dice.amx still nothing does there have to be more than just me in there,
