I have been impressed so far with the quick turn around in support. Other GSPs take days to answer a support ticket. NFO has been very good about answering the tickets. Besides the DDOS attacks, I have been very pleased.

Just remember that the DDoS attacks are also affecting other GSP's as well, not just NFO. They are handling it very well in my opinion.
