I have just installed a stats page for our BF4 server on my website ( not NFO hosted ) my web host doesn't allow remote connections to DB. So I am using the NFO site that came with our game server to host the DB. I have everything setup correctly in the procon plugin. the DB was created and is being updated, however it appears that the DB is blocking my site from accessing the DB. I have allow remote connections ticked. So I am not sure what else could be causing the issue. is it possible that my we host IP is being blocked?
Sorry I am pretty noobish when it comes to codes and the like.

Is there an "error_log" file in the directory of index.php?
Does your web host allow outbound traffic on port 3306?

no there is no error log. I am checking with my web host on the port issue. I will report back on this. Thanks for the help.

Have you added the ips for remotesql?
Support for the web page claims you have to added both the db ip and and files location ip for remotesql.
Not sure why the db ip would require access to access itself, but they suggested to add it when I had issues. But my problem was that I misspelled the db user name in the .cfg
Might want to double check that too.
