add more slots

so i wanted to add more slots to my server. my question is, nothing will get changed to my server right? and with the payment to add more slots will it just charge me for the extra slots or do i have to wait untill my next payment to do this?

You are correct, simply go to the order page and select the new configuration, making sure to keep all other settings the same except adding the additional number of slots that you would like. Then you will select "This is a change to an existing server" then select the current Garry's Mod server.

This will give you a prorated charge, so you will not have to worry about paying full price for this, at least for this month.

does the server need to be restarted once the slots are added?

Yes, it should be a very quick operation though.
