Gmod server hosting

Id like some information on how i can rent a gmod server.
What would i need to buy i want the server to be the kind that is up 24/7.
And how would i add addons?
Please help!

You can add addons using a few tools, but the most common is FTP. You can install commonly used plugins through NFOs control panel.

Ok thanks for telling me. For future reference how would i access the panel and when i mean addons i mean Pointsop,ULX,etc. How would those be added?

You can access the control panel by using the "Control Panel" button at the top right of any NFO pages.

NFO offers an auto installer for ULX, and you would need to upload files for pointshop through FTP.

You can only host one physical instance(unless you buy more), but you can run as many gamemodes as you'd like.
