I purchased a Gmod Server + TS Server + Website bundle and im confused on how to setup my nfoservers forum. can someone please give me step by step instructions on constructing a clan / gaming forum for my server using the nfoservers access panel?

Depends on what you want to do. Do you just want a forum? Are you moving a forum from somewhere else? Do you want an all-in-one CMS?
Of the one's available through the NFO control panel ...
phpbb-3.0 is a forum
wordpress - you will need to find a forum plugin though.
There are several CMS's available but all require some time to learn if you aren't familiar with them.
