Need help setting up Prop Hunt gmod server

Recently bought a small private server, for me and my friends.
Would like to have Prophunt, murder, hideandseek, and TTT as gamemodes i could switch between when playing.
I am using Steam API to get addons from the workshop to my game.
I made a collection with these on it and i put both links in the easy set up.

For now i have set myself as a ULX superadmin, But current problems are.
1. When i changed my gamemode to terrortown (TTT) It would not spawn any weapons on the map when i was in it with a friend. (Note: This was tested on the Map MD_clue.bsp)
2. It wont let me set it up to a prophunt gamemode, i have tried prophunt and prop_hunt, no luck.
( i haven't tried using murder or hide n seek yet.)

Could anyone help me with what i'm doing it would be much appreciated.
