What if you add "pause" to the end of the batch file? It should allow you to see why it's not booting.

Ok will try that when i get home.
Just fo confirm creating a bat file would be add the code to a txt file then save as start.bat..from the drop down menu in the save box ...save it as all files.I assume this the correct way?.Just so i know the bat file is created as you would create it.

Unless we're both missing something I am unsure as to why it wouldn't be working :/ As for Rust support. We will be supporting it but as per usual we're in a holding pattern until it becomes a bit more polished.

The problem only starts when you +Batchmode or any other lines...at the end after running the bat file..it says utf-8 not supported.so i wonder if saving the bat file under unicode etc will work.because it gives u the options when you save it as start.bat .then from the drop down menu as ALL files..also before hitting save gives u another option Ansi, unicode,UTF etc.might try that when i get home.strange thing is i get the same issue when doing this on my test laptop.
It appears so. Are you able to join it via the browser?

I'd just check the adapter and see what IP is listed there. That's the IP it will use.

You could do that, yes. Add +rcon.password "passwordhere" to your command line.
