Hey guys, been looking around for a little while now and havent found much of anything so here i am.
The game i'd like to run a server on is Flight simulator x steam edition. As of right now there is no software released for the game to actually run a server on...what this means is the only way/process to run a server is as follows: Install the full game via steam, run the game (on a computer that meets minimum requirements....see this link http://store.steampowered.com/app/314160/ ) Use in game menus to start the server, then you must choose what you want to be in the session either aircraft or ATC (control tower). Once this is chosen the host has to actually spawn into the game and at that point the server is up and running.
Due to this process, the host computer must have some sort of integrated graphics good enough to meet the games min requirements or a video card good enough to meet the requirements, since you must actually spawn into the game for the session to work and the host must stay spawned in without exiting for the session to stay up...
I'm wondering if there is any sort of configuration at all where i would be able to (in addition to the server already having a good processor and enough ram) have good enough graphics in a VDS/DS to host a server on this game.
Absolutely any help is appreciated since i'm kind of lost at this point.... and if you need any more explaining about how the server is run let me know and i'll do my best.
Looking for VDS/DS with decent graphics...

Re: Looking for VDS/DS with decent graphics...
I seem to remember being able to run 3D games on a DS from here that had a Haswell CPU and 2012 R2.
Re: Looking for VDS/DS with decent graphics...
None of our servers come with 3D accelerators in them, they all rely on whatever the CPU can do. Which generally isn't much but it can vary from chip to chip. I would not expect a machine on our network to have the graphic capabilities you need to run that game unfortunately.
