whats your way of transfering files from your pc to vps i need a faster way than mediafire

FTP is the best option, since you mentioned mediafire. It means you are on unmanaged box. Please mention, if its linux or windows.

I would highly recommend using FTP. If you are using a Windows OS here is a link to a post from the Knowledgebase that guides you through how to setup a FTP server using FileZilla on a Windows OS.
