Quick gravity question

I'm sorta clueless on hwo to adjust gravity with my new amx server..what's the command? sv_gravity didn't work

To adjust gravity, you'd need to use the rcon command sv_gravity. You can do this directly with:

rcon sv_gravity (number)

Or indirectly with:

amx_rcon sv_gravity (number)

800 is normal on like scoutzknivez and iceworld people usually like it about 150-300

You can set gravity in server.cfg or in amx_cvar menu. Make sure to tell any admins that setting gravity to high can crash a cs server. I haven't tried it on cz server. I find plenty of other things that can crash my server

just do rcon quit, and it shuts down the server nice and easily

lol when I"m piseed on a 1 on 1 and the other guy is owning me, yet iI don't want to leave the normal way, lol I just use that.

oh god please dont use rcon quit

thats a very harsh way of shutting down a server and it crashes, then our repair script has to locate that it crashed and shut it down, attempt to repair and boot it back up.

please dont use rcon quit

but thats evil admin way, lol I dont' even run admin mod, plus the guy will then be, why the heck did my cs crash?!!!!

Anyhow I won't use rcon quit anymore lol, darn and I only used it once too

hey if you shut down the server through the panel does it give the people the server is shutting down message the same as the rcon quit message, caues my clan members perfear that as noone likes the connection prolem message.
