Server optimization
I need some help with server optimization because when i get about like 40-50 players its not that bad but it lags. There might be like a 2 second lay in chat or even if you type a command it will give it to you like delayed. It's pretty annoying anyone got any tips? Running on 35000 maxrate and 33 tickrate for a RP server

35k maxrate is terrible.
use sv_maxrate 0
(unlimited maxrate)
sv_minrate 100000
If you are on a VDS lower your tickrate to 22 or 16 to be able to handle 40-50 players.
