TeamSpeak 3 Servers on VDS
Could you guys please make it so we can run TeamSpeak 3 servers on managed virtual servers that are using Windows as the OS. Another thing is could you guys allow the hosting of Minecraft servers on Windows VDS as well, i hate that i have to use Linux for such simple things that could be easily run on windows.
Re: TeamSpeak 3 Servers on VDS
This has been discussed in other threads as well.
Unfortunately, it would be relatively complicated to add TS3 support to managed machines and VDSes. This mostly stems from the way that voice servers are set up in our system -- they're run only on Linux (with wrappers and scripts set up only for Linux), with a single machine per location. Allowing them on game-server-only managed setups would also mean passing through the per-slot monthly fee, which complicates matters.
Our console wrapper for Minecraft can't work on Windows, and that game still needs good console support to be usable.

Re: TeamSpeak 3 Servers on VDS
Would you consider allowing the 32-slot (unlicensed) TeamSpeak 3 servers to be added to managed servers?
Re: TeamSpeak 3 Servers on VDS
We are not able to run unlicensed servers for customers. For anything that we manage, we have to use our hoster TS3 license.

Ah, I see. It's unfortunate, but I understand. Thanks for the quick reply.
