ok i rented a server for no longer than 30 mins and the pings where 100 or more i canceled my subscription and i hope it is canceled and u better not have charged me

Distance is the biggest factor in which location will ping best. The closest location will usually be the fastest for you, although that isn't always the case.
Some people make the mistake of just ordering at the cheapest location, which isn't necessarily the closest to them.
