SteamCMD Issues ? well General Linux /(Linux)

Hey i was wondering if someone could help me with linux im trying to get SteamCMD to work but its not letting me

Every time I try to do apt-get -f install it always gives me

making it to where EVERY time i try to install a lib to make steamCMD work or mono to run terraria i always get this

So what i want to know is why i cant do apt-get -f install making it to where i cant get ANYTHING else because it depends on me installing linux-image-3.19.0-28-generic

Your dpkg is the cause of the problem here. I don't see you running apt-get -f install command in any of the screen shots. Do that the first, as well as run apt-get autoremove command. These two should fix most common dpkg errors.

Image and apt-get -f install as shown lets me to a error :/

I'm fairly new at Linux i have never really used it before.. only started using it like 3 months ago and have not done much other then start/stop a MC server :/

Anyone know how to clean it up? i really don't know much on Linux. and i think about 2 months ago we did a clean OS install so there really shouldn't be a lot on the system...
