Your dpkg is the cause of the problem here. I don't see you running apt-get -f install command in any of the screen shots. Do that the first, as well as run apt-get autoremove command. These two should fix most common dpkg errors.

Its the First Screen https://gyazo.com/aac9ef1079b74af03c0a7418ef9bbec5.png ... its just really long so it takes it out where i started the command .. https://gyazo.com/884d3ab0e4a5a4910896abf80f5f2bb7 https://gyazo.com/77018f54643b90514ca1dcad7bd48c81 as you can see at the very end it gives the error as seen in the first screen, As for the apt-get autoremove says the same thing about dependency.. and apt-get -f install as shown lets me to a error :/
I'm fairly new at Linux i have never really used it before.. only started using it like 3 months ago and have not done much other then start/stop a MC server :/
Sorry about the screenshots best way to show it.
Thank you.

Anyone know how to clean it up? i really don't know much on Linux. and i think about 2 months ago we did a clean OS install so there really shouldn't be a lot on the system...
