Looks like it has potential. 100 player servers looks awesome. Not sure if it is worth $40, but it could well be. If there is mod support and we can host our own servers without any silly restrictions, then it could well be a winner. Not a fan of Steam Greenlight though. Been burned too many times with that nonsense. I will definitely keep my eye on this one.

Game was just released today, and is already off with a bang. HUGE need for some high quality servers. Any chance NFO could look into hosting?

We were approved to host a server on our box and will be receiving a server key. The specs of the box were a huge bonus in them making their decision. :)

Get on it John/Kraze/Someone? :)

We have support in our system for this game already and we're working out some final kinks.

Hey, PURE community lead Pringalz here. We have been long time customers of NFO and they have been our exclusive server provider for over 3 years now. We would really like to get a Squad server up for our community, but NFO is not offering it. NFO's is our preferred GSP because of server performance, cost and customer service. Can we get a firm ETA on Squad server availability?

Thanks,
Pringals and The PURE Community

This was added on 12/20 but we removed it again later in the day due to some game issues that we will need to explore before we can activate it again. If you have a managed service and still want to run one, please open a support request and we can help you to set it up.

I've had the same issue the last two times we've successfully filled the server up. It gets to around ~40-50 people and then everyone loses connection and it appears to crash. Not sure if you want to take a look at our log files and see if you can learn anything from them.

The crash today happened around 4:00 PM MST.

Here's our server usage graph showing both crashes

Disable the CPU usage limit on your Managed Panel tab if the game uses a lot of CPU.

I'm noticing that most server dumps happen at map changes. They are going to fix this and other crashes hopefully in the next 24-36 hours.

i just ordered a managed windows 4-core VPS, idk if that's gonna be enough to run 50 slots let alone 72

For those who are running this game, what are your server specs and how many slots are you running?

I think 50 slots might be tough on a VDS or lower-end dedi, but I don't have much data because queries are still broken (even after today's update). We can't see usage at different player counts without the player counts.
