Which Linux OS should I choose ?
If Ubuntu then which ? 14.04 LTS or 15.04 ?
And is Debian better than Ubuntu ?

I recommend using Ubuntu 14.04 LTS. It is currently the slower but most stable opinion. It is very user friendly for people new to Linux.

To update the operating system, simply run the following commands.
