Ok.. maybe I'm just an old dense man but could someone walk me through getting admin mod set up for myself and my other admins?

Common question; I should make a FAQ. I think I will try to do that this weekend.
To add admins, you need to edit users.ini. I recommend that you add users in this format:
WONID::accesslevel
Put one user per line. Note the double colons; they trip a lot of people up . You can calculate accesslevels from this handy page:

Make sure you also edit adminmod.cfg and customize the variables and messages. This website describes what each entry does in more detail:

(Interesting that they misspelled Setting in that address..)
