Free WebHosting FTP issue

I'm having an issue with Web Hosting ftp, It's also kind of a game server issue since I'm trying to get to the directory of the "Free Website" you get when you order a game server. For some reason I have only one ftp and that's for the Game Server. I need help getting to the ftp for the "free website"
