You give my VDS limit . and as of now , im still waiting for you're response , i already ticket to your customer service . my service is so very laggy , and hard to handle it .

Be sure to check the events log in your control panel for information on why your VDS was limited.

Originally when I had limitation issues it was specific to the game. If you go the Managed Panel, look for options like this:
Exempt this server from being restarted for using 100% CPU Set
Exempt this server from restarts for using >2500 MB of memory Set
If your VDS has more than the amount of memory listed and you want to dedicate more memory to it, make sure you check the appropriate settings
Short of knowing more, I can't really try to help.
