Simultaneous connections meaning
What does that mean exactly? I've had a host that had a limited number of mysql connections. Wondering if it's the same?

MySQL connections and simultaneous connections would be different. Currently, we allow 20 non-local MySQL connections. As for simultaneous connections, we explain exactly what that means here.
