maps not loading all the way

on my server when the server goes to a new map sometimes the map doesnt load all the way like missing buy zones the shy the same as the last map we played and i cant find any info it this anywhere i look
anyone know what too do about this???

How do you even add maps, and i think that the problem is that you need to restart the server again, or just re-load the map cycle with a less amount of maps?
