Hello guys i have Moodle Plataform installed on a Webhost of NFO and i want to make a Auto-Backup it says than i have to active cron services to make it happends but it has to do it with the hosting here are the details

You can edit your crontab here through the "Crontab" link in the control panel, or through the command-line by connecting using SSH and then typing "crontab -e".
