PHPBB Forum Problem

Hi there,

I have uploaded a couple of theme's to my FTP
and I go to change the theme of the forum but non of them are there except for the bog-standard theme PHPBB originally Supplies you with,

I have never had this problem when I have built other forums but I just can't Figure it out,


Could anyone please offer some help and guide me to get this sorted

One of the most common issues we see with phpBB forum themes is that the version of the theme must match the version of phpBB you're running. Any older versions will not load, you'll want to double check the themes you're uploading are compatible with the version you have loaded.

My phpbb forum version Is 3.1.7-pl1 and the phpbb theme I am trying to use is Style version: 3.2.10
So I guess I have to update the Forum Version but I have never done that with PHPBB i've only just come back to phpbb after using Vbulliten.

So could you help me on how to update the version please.
