I've seen peeps using the banner STILL. I just put in a ticket about it, and then realized this post is 3 years old.

Is there anything to be done? I really want a banner but your system removes it in the Startup.txt, and you removed the
easy page form to put it in, yet it still works for many servers I've joined recently.

any insight would be appreciated. Thanks.

EA/DICE still doesn't support this, as far as I know. I haven't heard of any plans to do so. The only place that I've seen banners "work" is with 3rd party Battlelog skins.

You can experiment with the setting if you wish, but you won't be able to use the Easy Setup page afterward without manually correcting it again, as you said.
