PHP Script to Display Server Info

It looks like phpua binds itself to all IP addresses on a machine when it is run. So unless you specify a different port, it wouldn't work if someone else on the machine was doing it as well.

Instead of doing this, they should have written it so that it only binds to the IP of the server (a very easy task).
