Error when trying to Download APP 70 for VDS

I get a update state <0x0> : timed out waiting on update to start,bailing. Error! APP '70' is 0x42 after update job. Or Im getting a no subcription error. Sure could use some help!!!

I would try deleting the SteamCMD cache folders, then re-running the app_update command. The cache folders should be called "appcache" and "depotcache".

If you receive a "no subscription" error, this means that app you're attempting to download can't be downloaded anonymously, you'll need to login to your Steam account that has purchased this game type. You can do this by changing the "login anonymous" command in SteamCMD to "login <yourusername> <yourpassword>".

When did this all take place its always worked before. I will try it and report back
